- All the refund claims will be accepted only via email to info@testmyscore.com
- The refund claims should be supported with appropriate details which will be scrutinized by TMS for claim approval
- TMS will refund the amount within 15 working days after scrutiny and approval of the refund
- Candidates may receive a full refund in case of any technical glitch caused through the payment gateway.
- No refund will be made in case of not attempting the test in stipulated period or submitting the incomplete test.
